   What I do to get hair like that is by using a curling iron. I spray (with hairspray of course) the inch-inch and a half peice of hair and coil it around the curling iron starting near the roots insted of starting from the tip and rolling the iron up. Because I have thick hair, I leave the iron for about 10-20 seconds..

   If you have long hair, it’s going to take a lot of patience and hair spray >.<

   You use curling irons or rollers. All you have to do is make the curls small and loose

   A friend of mine uses hot rollers, I can’t seem to do it myself though.

   You can use a curling iron thats 1 inch or bigger depending on how big you like your curls. For that pic I would say about 1 1/2 to 2 inch curling iron would work.
   Section off your hair and do loose banana curls and run you fingers through it when done spray and go.

   Well, she has stylists do hers and it might take a while. I curled my hair and then sort of just let it go and flow and then I walked for a while and then my hair looked almost as good as hers. She has stylists and styling mousse and gel.
