First there were sexy cell phone pics posted by Cyrus herself along with a sexy costume and pretend kiss on stage for her Can’t Be Tamed performance. There have been rumors about a lap (and pole dancing) dance video, a sextape with her boyfriend and even a rumor that she was pregnant. This time celebrity blogger Perez Hilton created the controversy by tweeting an alleged upskirt photo of Miley stepping out of a car (photoshopped?). All of the buzz led Miley to say “I’m not trying to be slutty”.
