The Disney star looks fresh-faced and totally fashion-forward for this Februarys Harpers Bazaar. Cyrus is not only decked out in a royal violet-blue asymmetrical dress, but her smile too is quite smashing!
As far as the normal Q and A goes, Miley opens up about one of her secret loves. No, guys, were not talking about Liam. SHE is talking about her secret love for shopping. MC says, QUOTE Im a tomboy. I love to shop, but I get really claustrophobic. I get headaches. I like to just go into one place and raid it and let that be it for a while. She added that Barneys is her fave spot because of the selection.
