Pop singer Miley Cyrus is in trouble with the law. The Disney star was recently arrested for driving under the influence with her fellow co-stars. Miley is seen walking out of a medical building joined by her mother Leticia “Tish” Cyrus and makes no comment about the DUI when asked by photographers.

So the star is reportedly set to star in AND produce an upcoming movie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount Pictures will make it happen — and there’s not a whole lot of info that’s been made public. From what we hear, the untitled comedy is set to follow “a broken promise to God”. Not sure if you heard — but it is a comedy — in fact, writers Jack Angelo and Sam Brown are signed on, plus Miley’s mama, Tish Cyrus will be co-producer on the project. We’re curious to see Miley breaking out the funnies although we’re still wondering if the untitled movie will stir up a bunch of controversy, since it is a comedy involving religious matters.
