Welcome back to ClevverTV-I’m Joslyn Davis with the latest info on Miley’s 2009 Tour. In a recent interview with CNN, Miley opened up about the way the media treats her-noting that she doesn’t think they’ve been very fair. Miley referred specifically to the recent controversy with her so-called Pole Dance at the Teen Choice Awards, saying that in this situation the press wasn’t respectful of her and they always try to kind of overdo it. Miley also took a strong stand for her parents and said that it’s no one else’s business how her parents raise her. Miss Cyrus says she loves performing and entertaining and wouldn’t give that up for anything. And this fall, she’ll be proving to fans just how much she loves hitting the stage because starting very soon Miley will begin a 45-date tour across North America. The tour will be quite the family affair and will feature older brother Trace’s band “Metro Station.” This tour is the biggest she’s ever done-she has about 10 back-up dancers, a full band, and a huge crew-so many people are working on the mega tour that Miley just admitted she’s still working on learning everyone’s names! This tour will show off an older Miley Cyrus-a little more edge with a rock vibe- BUT not to worry Miley said she’d still be doing her signature Hoe-down throw down, as well!
